I have been an Occupational Therapist for over 40 years and have worked in home care for 20 of those years. I am a solutions-based OT who has managed Aging in Place situations both personally and professionally, and I’d love to help you find a clearly outlined path forward towards independence and safety.

I graduated from Mount Mary College with a BS in Occupational Therapy (1980) and have since become a Certified Life Coach (1997) and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (2015) with specialty certifications in neurology, ergonomics, and fall prevention.

Throughout my career, I have worked in rehab centers, hospitals, outpatient services and home health care. As a result, I am very familiar with the many options that are out there for all types of various medical conditions.

I am here to help connect the dots between the patients and their doctors, case workers, therapists and even remodel contractors. I will give a full overview of the patients medical needs and offer referrals as well as make recommendations for home modifications.
I will be compassionately mindful of patient's needs while ensuring their home is designed for the utmost safety and ideally preventing any additional falls or injuries from even happening.

I currently live in Sterling with my husband, Greg, and my standard poodle, Dakota.

Greg Sieb is the owner of our sister company, Live In Place, which does all of the installations and home modifications per our assessments and recommendations.
Together, we pay close attention to all of the important details so that our clients can live safely and independently as long as possible in their own home. We take care of clients as they would want someone to care for our own parents and loved ones.
